I will walk you through the home buying process one step at a time:


  • First things first!  I will meet with you to discuss your wish list and requirements for your new home. I will also give you an overview of the processes involved, based on your level of experience.
  • I will assist with the loan pre-approval process.
  • I will set up a personalized home search website for you based on your criteria. 
  • I will customize and schedule home showings to fit your schedule.
  • Together we will review the homes we toured, and I will work on any research or information you might need to make your decision.
  • I will research comparable homes and give you a market analysis to assist you with your offer price and terms.
  • I will review the purchase contract details with you.
  • I will make sure you have all pertinent documents such as disclosures, prior inspection reports, energy audit, survey, etc.
  • I will use my negotiation skills to present your offer in the best light.
  • Once we have a purchase contract, I will follow up on all details and contract deadlines and assist you with the processes and steps involved.
  • I will assist you with scheduling your inspections.
  • I will negotiate for repairs and allowances for you, if needed, as well as create the necessary amendments to the purchase contract.
  • I will recommend services providers as needed, such as inspectors, contractors, home warranty companies, and insurance providers.
  • I will coordinate the process with your lender and escrow officer to ensure the best and least troublesome experience for you.
  • I will review the closing statement with you prior to closing, as well as attend your closing.
