  • I will post a listing announcement on my Facebook business page and run an advertisement that will be seen by a large targeted audience.
  • Your listing will be shared via the Horizon Realty Facebook page and Twitter.
  • I will send an email blast to Austin Realtors and to my extensive database.
  • Your home will be featured on the neighborhood agent property tour.
  • I will hold a public open house with advertising in advance.
  • I will follow up on every showing and communicate the feedback to you as soon as possible so that you can react quickly.


I will advise you and assist you during the offer process and the contract-to-close process:

  • I will review offers and verify the buyer’s financial requirements with the buyer’s agent and loan officer.
  • I will prepare a net proceeds spreadsheet for each offer received.
  • I will present all offers received to you in a timely manner. 
  • Once we have a purchase contract, I will follow up on all the details and contract deadlines and assist you with the processes and steps involved.
  • I will make sure all pertinent documents, as well as those required by Texas and local laws, are provided to the buyer in a timely manner.
  • I will coordinate the process with the buyer’s agent and the escrow officer to ensure the best and least troublesome experience for you.
  • I will review the closing statement with you prior to closing, as well as attend your closing.
